$500 Uncontested Divorce
All divorces do not have to be full of fighting and long drawn out battles in court. Some couples just need a simple "quick" divorce so that they can move on about their lives. If your divorce qualifies as an uncontested divorce, your divorce can be completed quickly and inexpensively for a reduced flat fee.
How do I know if my divorce is uncontested?
A truly uncontested divorce is a divorce that doesn't include property disputes or issues surrounding minor children. If you and your spouse agree on how to distribute your marital assets, custody, and child support issues, you most likely have an uncontested divorce.
What services do you provide for the $500 uncontested divorce?
For this reduced flat fee, we provide full representation for your uncontested divorce. Our $500 uncontested divorce includes an experienced family law attorney's work (not a paralegal or legal assistant) in drafting the documents needed to file your divorce and filing your divorce. This flat fee does not include court required filing fees or any other third party expenses. Court fees are determined by the county in which you must file.
What if my case is not uncontested?
If your divorce is not uncontested, we have a low cost flat fee payment plan for all family law clients. We do not have hourly billing, so your divorce can still be resolved at a more affordable and predictable cost. We do our best to service the community by maintaining reasonable fees for representation.
